The Wheels on the Minivan Go 'Round and 'Round

Liam’s first day of kindergarten.

Good.

I’m still experimenting with various ways of keeping Ewan subdued without gluing him to the wall and duct taping his cute little baby mouth shut. I purchased Slow and Steady, Get Me Ready! (I’ll have a full list of my curricula up shortly, just, new schedule GAH!) and while I didn’t see “glue baby to wall,” I did see a fun activity where the baby can rip up magazines and shove the pages into a paper bag, or stuff things into a shoe box.

If it involves destruction, EWAN LOVES.

I’ve got a deadline to meet, books to shelve until tomorrow, tomorrow’s lesson to review, and a co-op meeting tonight. More to come.

My daughter shoves marshmallows into a water bottle, plays with edible play dough, rips tissues out of the tissue box, or plays in the tube while my boys have class; however, I'd love it if you had a discusion about how to occupy the younger sibling(s) while the older ones work. Good luck with Ewan!
